About WF Service
Complete solutions in mechanical maintenance, machining and marine equipment repair.
WF Service, headquartered in Maricá, State of Rio de Janeiro, was founded in 2024 and works in mechanical maintenance, machining and the repair of marine equipment.
The company specialises in creating solutions for highly critical situations, reducing delays and operational losses, with a focus on safety, reliability and meeting our clients’ specific needs.
WF Service has a highly structured machining department, equipped with lathes, milling machines, planers, drilling machines, a welding electrode oven and other equipment for high-precision work.
Our technical team is prepared to manufacture, recondition and develop bespoke solutions for mechanical components, carrying out adjustments, repairs and improvements according to the specific requirements of each project.
What we do
Every discipline combines technical diagnosis, execution by our own crews and documented proof of the result — from high-pressure hydraulics to manufacturing parts that are no longer available on the market.

View serviceWhat WF Service delivers
Every hour of downtime carries a measurable cost. That is why our work starts with root cause analysis and ends with documented proof that the asset is operating within specification again.
Crews mobilised to vessels, platforms and offshore units, with the documentation required for access on board.
Interventions at the client's plant, sized for the shutdown window available.
Receipt, recovery, manufacturing and testing of components in our own facilities.
Why WF Service
Specialist crews, our own machine shop and our own tooling remove the handovers between suppliers — the single most common cause of delay in industrial maintenance.
In-house technicians, trained to the company's procedures and certified for industrial, marine and offshore work.
Crews and tooling mobilised to plants, ports, shipyards and offshore units anywhere in Brazil.
A structure geared to unplanned shutdowns, with an on-call crew and the capacity to manufacture immediately.
Tools, fixtures and equipment owned by the company, including special tooling built in-house.
Dimensional inspection, bench testing and documented records at every critical stage of the work.
Our own CNC and conventional machine shop, which removes any dependence on third parties for parts.
Work procedures, risk assessment and the documentation required for access to industrial sites and vessels.
Scope sized against the real shutdown window, with the programme agreed before mobilisation.
What sets us apart
At WF Service Usinagem e Manutenção LTDA, what sets us apart is delivering a complete industrial maintenance solution. We handle the entire process, from removing the equipment on site through to reinstallation and functional testing, with quality, speed and full engineering responsibility at every stage.
With our own facilities, specialist crews and the right equipment, WF Service brings all of these stages together under a single supplier — which means greater speed, lower cost, better quality control and more reliability for the client.
Technical removal of the equipment, safely and to plan.
Line boring, machining and component recovery carried out by WF Service itself.
Functional tests, leak tests and inspections to establish full reliability.
Reinstallation, alignment, commissioning and handover of the equipment ready to run — with nothing subcontracted.
