Hydraulic systems
Industrial Hydraulics
Maintenance, overhaul and commissioning of complete hydraulic systems, from single cylinders to power units.
View serviceWhat we do
Twelve technical disciplines brought together under a single engineering lead, delivered on site, on board and in our own workshop — with diagnosis, testing and documentation on every job.
Technical catalogue
Bringing the disciplines together is what allows a failure to be dealt with end to end: diagnose the hydraulics, machine the part in-house, rebuild the structure in the boiler shop and prove the result on the test bench — with no stage handed to a third party.

A single piece of equipment usually involves more than one category. Knowing where each service fits helps define the right scope from the first enquiry.
Frequently asked questions
We work throughout Brazil. Crews and tooling are mobilised to industrial plants, ports, terminals, shipyards and offshore units as required. Components that need workshop attention are received, recovered and returned tested.
Yes. We keep an on-call structure for emergency response, with manufacturing priority in the machine shop. In an emergency, diagnosis starts remotely so that the crew arrives on site with a preliminary scope, the right tooling and the materials already defined.
Your request is logged through the quote form, by email or by phone. Our team then carries out a technical assessment and, where needed, a site visit or a remote inspection. The proposal sets out the scope, the execution sequence, the schedule and the acceptance criteria — not just a price.
Yes. We manufacture parts to order from the original component, from a technical drawing or from a dimensional survey carried out by our team. This is one of the services most requested by clients with discontinued equipment, or where import lead times do not fit the operation.
The handover includes a technical report covering the condition found, photographic records, dimensional measurements and test results. Where a client requires a full quality dossier, we attach material certificates, procedure and welder qualifications, and non-destructive testing records.
Yes, subject to permit-to-work procedures and the operational restrictions of the vessel or unit. Planning takes account of the window available, the areas released for work, cargo movements and coexistence with the other work fronts on board.

Tell us the condition of the equipment and the window you have available. Our engineering team will come back with an assessment and a preliminary scope of work.
