What WF Service delivers in this discipline

WF Service carries out preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial, marine and offshore hydraulic systems. The work ranges from inspecting a single cylinder to the full overhaul of hydraulic power units (HPUs), including piping, instrumentation and control logic.

Every intervention starts with a documented technical diagnosis. We analyse working pressure, flow, temperature, fluid contamination and actuator behaviour before defining the scope. That avoids replacing components unnecessarily and lowers the total cost of the shutdown.

Recoverable components are stripped, dimensionally inspected and reworked in our own workshop — cylinder tubes honed, rods ground and chrome-plated, valve seats machined. Parts with no market replacement are manufactured to order from the original component or from engineering drawings.

Scope of work

  • Maintenance of piston, vane and gear hydraulic pumps and motors
  • Full overhaul of single- and double-acting hydraulic cylinders
  • Recovery of tubes, rods, pistons and gland heads
  • Maintenance of directional, proportional and safety valves
  • Overhaul and retrofit of hydraulic power units (HPUs)
  • Sizing and replacement of filters and filter elements
  • Line flushing and contamination control (NAS / ISO 4406)
  • Bench testing with pressure, flow and leak-tightness records
  • Commissioning and fine adjustment on site
