What WF Service delivers in this discipline

We carry out welding and boilermaking on site and in the workshop, covering steel structures, tanks, piping, machine components and marine assemblies. The work follows qualified welding procedures and is performed by welders certified for the applicable process and position.

Boilermaking covers marking out, cutting, forming, rolling, assembly and finishing. We work in carbon steel, low-alloy steels, stainless steel and specific alloys, according to the requirements of the design and the operating environment.

Quality control runs alongside execution: visual and dimensional inspection on every joint, with additional non-destructive testing where the design or the applicable standard requires it.

  • Welding by SMAW (stick), MIG/MAG and TIG processes
