What WF Service delivers in this discipline

We carry out complete maintenance on industrial and marine pumps. The standard process includes strip-down, cleaning, dimensional inspection, clearance assessment, replacement of seals and bearings, recovery of worn components, and reassembly with alignment and balancing.

Rotors, impellers, wear rings, shafts and casings are each assessed individually. Components outside tolerance are recovered by machining or manufactured new, restoring the design clearances and the pump's original hydraulic efficiency.

Wherever the application allows, the pump is bench tested before it goes back, with pressure, flow, vibration and leak-tightness verified. The test report is handed over with the pump.
