What WF Service delivers in this discipline

We manufacture complete mechanical assemblies to the client's specification, or to a design developed together with our engineering team. The scope covers sizing, material selection, manufacture of the components, assembly, testing and technical handover.

We frequently work on replacements for discontinued equipment, where no market alternative exists. In those cases we start from the existing unit, survey the mechanical and hydraulic interfaces and produce an assembly that matches or exceeds the original performance.

Manufacturing is integrated with our other disciplines — machining, welding, boilermaking and hydraulics — which reduces handovers, transport between suppliers and total lead time.
