What WF Service delivers in this discipline

We design, fabricate and install industrial piping for hydraulic, pneumatic, water, oil, steam and process systems. The service runs from workshop prefabrication of spools through to final installation on site, with hydrostatic testing and commissioning.

We treat flushing as an engineering stage, not as incidental cleaning. Flow rate, flow regime, fluid and acceptance criteria are defined according to the system being served, and we track the contamination level until the specified class is reached.

High-pressure hydraulic systems demand rigorous particle control. Handing over a line above the specified cleanliness level will damage pumps, proportional valves and servo valves within hours of operation — which is why the acceptance criteria are always agreed before the work begins.
