Deck equipment works under high loads, salt exposure and intermittent duty cycles. WF Service carries out full overhauls of these assemblies, handling the mechanical, hydraulic and structural work together.

A typical scope involves complete strip-down, inspection of drums, shafts, bearings, brakes and gearboxes, recovery or manufacture of components, overhaul of the hydraulic drive system, surface treatment and painting of the structure, reassembly and functional testing.

Handover includes an operational test under controlled conditions and, where applicable, a recorded load test. The equipment is returned ready to work, with the documentation of the intervention.
