- Manufacture of the sheave to the surveyed dimensions, reproducing the profile of the part being replaced.
- Central milling of the component.
- Machining and finishing of the surfaces required for the assembly to work.
- Dimensional adjustment to guarantee the fit of the part in the equipment.
- Machining of the holes and seats to match the original component.
- Visual and dimensional inspection of the finished part.
- Compatibility check for fitting to the brake unit.
